Media Junction Can Update Your MySpace Profile

MySpace recently announced they're releasing updated profiles over the new few months.

These updates include:

 Simple more sleek design

All profiles will have the same structure

New “marquee” option offers even more profile customisation

Up to 20 songs can now be featured on your page

CSS will now be unavailable (this is a big big change!)

This is all still in BETA stages but MySpace have said that over the coming months all Music pages will be forced to change to the update profiles, this will cause all previous CSS to become defunct, in short, everyone's beautiful layouts will no longer work.

However, Media Junction can help. We can offer you great prices on making your profiles look great once again!

This is definitely a step in the right direction from MySpace and will certainly improve interaction with fans and artists.

Media Junction Provide Ticket Service For Jamiroquai

Media Junction recently helped the band Jamiroquai sell tickets to their gig at Debut Club in London.

It was very important to the band to make tickets available exclusively to their fans through the Jamiroquai.com website and mailing list. Media Junction provided a ticketing service which enabled the band to sell 'paperless' tickets at a fan-friendly price of £10.

Fans were required to provide a name for each ticket to prevent the tickets being sold on the secondary market. Everyone was asked to bring ID with them and print out the ticket with their name on it. On the night the event went without a hitch and fan's comments were very positive:

"Entry was painless with the ticketless entry system. One of the best
concert events of our lives - thanks all!" - David K

"Ticket system was great. Nothing I would change about the whole thing!
Thanx guys! xx" - Mindy

"Ticketing system was a brilliant idea, at least the touts couldn’t get
their hands on them." - PCR

Media Junction's ticket services are based upon the increasingly popular 'Print At Home' ticketing and can be used for either small scale gigs all the way up to 50,000+ festivals. Please contact us for more details.

'The Time That Remains' - New Film From Elia Suleiman

Media Junction is proud to be marketing a new film for New Wave Films and Corniche Group, The Time That Remains (IMDB).

The Time That Remains is the third part of a trilogy from the internationally acclaimed director Elia Suleiman (Chronicle of a Disappearance, Divine Intervention). It was the key political film at last year’s Cannes film festival – a beautiful, unique and deeply personal depiction of Palestine in the 60 years since 1948 as seen by Suleiman and his parents.

Elia says, “The Time That Remains is a semi-autobiographical film in four episodes, about a family, my family, from 1948 until recent times. The film is inspired by my father’s private diaries, starting from when he was a resistance fighter in 1948, and by my mother’s letters to family members who were forced to leave the country. Combined with my intimate memories of them and with them, the film attempts to portray the daily life of those Palestinians who remained and were labelled “Israeli-Arabs”, living as a minority in their own homeland.”Our marketing consists of press advertising, digital advertising (including The Guardian, TimeOut, ScreenGeek, Ultra Culture and Little White Lies) and a social media campaign to drive word-of-mouth about this highly personal and emotional film.
